This is the part where I’m supposed to tell you exactly what this newsletter is about and why you should subscribe.

Here’s what I know: it lives at the intersection of real estate, technology, and the increasingly blurry line between the two. It’s written by someone who has spent 25 years building systems, 15 years teaching people how to think, and the last several years watching an entire industry try to figure out what AI actually means for the people doing the work.

The goal is simple. Make you think. Not tell you what to think, just hand you something worth chewing on and trust you to figure out the rest. There is enough content out there telling you what to do. This is not that.

It will be opinionated. Occasionally sarcastic. Sometimes about something that made me genuinely angry. Always in plain English.

It will not be polished in the way that makes you wonder if a human wrote it. One for sure did.
